Poor choice
The noise from the freeway and the poor quality of finishes make this a poor choice of a condo. Also the layout is very cramped.

Bad choice if you have problems to sleep
I am a tenant in this Condo and I regretted to rent it since the first night. I was told that the windows had 2 ply glasses but have only 1 which does not insulate the sound coming from the road. The Siena is locate just in front of the entrance of the Farrer Flyover which makes it to be just in front of 10 traffic lanes! The noise is a never rest during 24 hours. Yes, during the night there is less traffic but the noise is created by crazy drivers that use the free ways of Singapore to drive their machines during the nigh with modified engines and speeds I don't understand how can they not be caught. I contacted the National Environment Agency (NEA) regarding the legality of building such projects with 1 ply glass in from of 10 traffic lanes. Here's their answer; "...With regard to ‘The Siena’ development on Farrer Road, during the Temporary Occupation Permit clearance in 2016, the NEA highlighted to the developer that the development was located along Farrer Road and potential occupants could be affected by traffic noise. The developer was advised to inform the potential occupants at the development that they may be affected by traffic noise. The developer was also advised to manage any feedback from the potential occupants and inform the potential occupants on any noise mitigation measures to be implemented..." There is nowhere to be read any information about that advice. But worst is the silence of the agents who sell or rent those flats. None of them have mentioned about it. Personally I never knew what it was to have problems to sleep until I moved to this Condo and I am counting the days to finish my contract and get out from here. Just be aware of it. It is a nice design but is not worth the lack of rest one can't have by living in there.
