Atas Development But Popularity With Buyers S
It is nestled in one of Singapore's most atas (aka expensive) neighborhoods. Sits on the fringes of a world-class golf course at Sentosa Cove, a rarity for a small city like Singapore. I'd like to see if as an unparalleled luxury living that comes with modern architecture and top-notch amenities. However, the previous edition of the villas at The Green Collection were completed in 2013, but units have never been sold. Something to perhaps, worth to ponder.Was this review helpful? Luxury with trade-offs
Pros: Golf course next door, recreational activity right at your doorstep, own a landed property but still get to enjoy amenities just like those ultra-luxury condo, grand floor to ceiling windows, private fairway view, tranquil location Cons: Inconvenient, no public transport around the area, need to travel out to get errands done, very costly, not freehold property Overall, if you can afford it and don't mind driving in and out, this is an appealing choice to considerWas this review helpful? Highs and lows of golf-course living in Sento
Pros: Development on the fringe of a golf course, offering a unique and prestigious location. Luxurious interior and exterior designs. Large living spaces. Prestigious location in Sentosa. Cons: High price tag, as expected for properties near golf courses. Limited amenities nearby, such as shopping centers, supermarkets, and restaurants.
