The good: Fitted with smart home features, quality flooring, bathroom and kitchen fittings, hassle-free visit for guests with qr code, private lift for some units, nature at your doorstep, connection to major education and business hubsThe bad: High cost psf, long walk to MRT, door swings open to kitchen which can be hazardous if not careful, lesser privacy as it is situated in a public parkWas this review helpful? Promising development despite ongoing constru
It seems out of the way (but that's only for the short term). Seemingly endless noise pollution from surrounding construction. Lack of infrastructures and MRTFuture: it'll be near to business and industrial hubs, well-connected by various MRT lines.
