  Value for Money. CHEAP Maintenance Fee!!!

  Well designed and Affordable brand new, boutique condo for small knitted family, especially if they are studying in Tao Nan. 1 minute to bus stops and well connected to 3 MRT stations

  Easy to find food nearby

  Don't worry if you don't feel like cooking or can't cook well because there's many eateries within the vicinity of the condo. There's even a hawker centre about 5 minutes drive away.

  Nearest MRT abit far

  Eunos MRT, which is the nearest MRT, is about 16 minutes away. A bit far to walk i feel. There is a bus stop close to the condo which prolly has buses to take you to the MRT if you dont feel like walking.
