Racist landlord who raised rental by 30%
Rented a 100sq ft room with windows. First thing i notice was there was high turnover with the tenants. Tenants would leave for no reason, and the ones who stayed were all of Indian nationality. Their few employees outside were loud-mouthed aunties who often complained about our and our employees' usage of the common facilities. The daughter of the landlord is a spoilt brat who often uses exclamation marks over a WhatsApp group chat she sets up for the tenants. Even before our lease was up, she informed us our rental was raised by 30% because electric and water bill went up (thats a ridiculous reason) Conclusion: if you are a chinese, please rent elsewhere in other serviced offices. -
