  Love for Goodluck Garden

  Just bought a unit. Captivated by the lush greenery that seldom found in this concrete jungle. offers sprawling greens, wonderful for kids to run around, adult to walk around. Great Gym, big pool but never overcrowded. Imagine you have a new development with 900 units ? Interior is fully renoavted with beautiful pool view, breezy and spacious living area split with dining, this concept is unique for expats and locals, they just love it. I love it because there are steps that breaks the mundane single level layout, my old folks treats it a form of exercise, 3 steps each time and in a day, they exercised without the need to pay for anything !! No problem if you rent it out, expats moslty grow up in houses back home so having steps in the house is like their 2nd nature. Huge walkway that leads to bedrooms. Huge master, comparable to those in semi detached. Unit of mine is fully renovated, love at first sight. My job associated with property and have seen over 5000 homes in my career and this is one of the most down to earth yet not oppulent, offers the exact dimension what a S'porean family need, others is history. Nothing is perfect, to me this is perfect, with the upcoming DTL (MRT), Int'l schools nearby that offers pool of expats constantly looking for homes around this vicinity, nice mix of pte and HDB neighbourhood feel without that hardcore heartlanders torment. If you have the chance and ability, look for this kind of home, you will enjoy and I am 100% looking forward to it.

  Honest review for Goodluck Garden

  Viewed a few units and have the following comments: 1. Spilt level hall, not suitable for family have kid and elderly. 2. No maid room and store room, where shall my maid sleep? Difficult for family got lot of stuffs. 3. Block near to Toh Tuck Road is noisy. In addition, there is a new condo construction going on, so it will be very dusty and noisy too. 4 Close to amenities which is a advantage. 5. Fitting in most of the units is really old. Will need to fork out quite a bit on renovation if I purchase a unit. Don’t really recommend for renting and sale as well. May be I can only recommend it for students only.
