  Enbloc value significantly impacted

  With the announcement of development at Pasir Panjang road only allow to build minimum size of 100 sqm, the enbloc value drops is impacted. Investors need to caution when buying unit for enbloc.

  Matured condo that TOP around 1986 that carries the old world design and typically large sizes in those days. It is sometimes a good idea to buy older units like this, and completely renovate it for the sake of lower price and larger space
