Great place to live with great facilities

Very nice riverside living with good faciliti

I have been living here for some time. Have seen a number of Robertson Quay properties before deciding on Rivergate. The condo is situated along the Singapore River and has great facilities and amenities that other condos at the area do not have including one of the biggest infinity pools, large green patio beside the pool, a basketball court and many more, cafes are a stone's throw away. Facilities are currently being upgraded. There's also a community here, and everyone is friendly and nice.
Unfortunately, the rents at the condo have risen through the roof, sad to see some neighbors go. However, this place remains one of the best in Robertson Quay, especially with the recently opened Great World City MRT station, which is a very pleasant and short walk by the river, from the condo. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children,

Riverside living

This condominium in the city has lots of greenery and is breezy. It is very central and convenient to get around.

Ultra-High Density Living

Very high density living. Not a bad condo if you are a willing, share and care type of person with your many neighbours. One of my colleagues say it reminds him of the Pinnacle@Duxton.
In the rush hour for work and in the evenings, be prepared to wait for the lifts.
The landscaping is nice and well kept, but I suspect any good condo will be the same. But still, I like the landscaping.
Martin Modern is actually closer to Rivergate than I thought since from the piling, the new buildings will be closer to this end/corner. So most of the view will be blocked from the lower floors. As I understand it, the new Martin Modern will be a 30 storey building, so any floor below 30 will be affected.
Good place for children. Lots of school kids and children playdates. But on school holidays and weekends, can become a large amusement park.
All in all, it is a nice development with a much higher density type of living than say, the neighbouring Martin Place Residences and Starlight Suites. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children,

One of the largest full facilities condo at the popular Robertson area. Many units have great views of the river and good suez balconies.
I recommend this building for:

OK, I'm probably biased as I own a unit here, but of the 6 or 7 condos I've seen the in Robertson / Great World City vicinity, this one wins hands down.
Large site with splendid landscaping. Area is amazingly quiet in the evenings and mornings you can't really believe there are such places in central Singapore. Yet the F&B places are 5 to 10 minutes walk.
Water bus services started - spotty now, but should get better.
Ample parking lots.
What I don't like are:
a. lifts seem to be under-allocated
b. fittings in some units are a but disappointing. But the one I bought came with white marble floors, and hotel-style bathroom tiles, so I'm lucky there.
If there were facilities in the sky / rooftop gardens for barbeques, that would have been ideal! But guess not feasible as the gardens are literally 2m away from the apartments. I recommend this building for: City Living, Peace & Quiet,

Best condo in Singapore

Third condo I've rented in Singapore and certainly the best I've seen or lived in. Really like the space Rivergate has. Posh entrance -- not like the narrow entries you see in nearby condos (Martin Place Residences). Fantastic pool plus hot spa. Resort feel right in the heart of the city. Sky gym with a great view. A short stroll by the river that takes you to excellent restaurants/bars for all kinds of food or to Great World City for shopping. Two tennis courts and a basket ball court. Hugely popular with Western expats as well as Japanese.

Like it! but too pricy

I really like this project. Just now its really to pricy for me to consider. Rental or purchase is out of the question for me. But for those with the bucks! worth the look . Luv the mini sky gardens on each few floors!

What can i say. Probably the only credible premium development in the river valley, mdm sultan, robertson quay area; together with the Pier.
