Old is still gold
Beverly Hill is one of those rare freehold developments built in the 80s that has a proper set of facilities. There’s a gym, squash court, tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue area, sauna, and even a children’s playground. I was sceptical to rent an old property, but since moving in, I appreciate it a lot more. The building is so well-maintained. In addition to all the facilities, there is also 24-hour security. -

My inheritance
The apartment at Beverly Hill was passed on to me after my father passed away a few years ago. It was such a sound investment by him way back in the 80s. Not only has the property appreciated considerably, it has also been maintained well. The quality of materials used and the subsequent renovations done has provided me with a house that I'm so proud to own. The location is also excellent with shops and trendy dining spots nearby. -
