how many people can claim they stay in the middle of Marina Bay? This is the Marina Bay Residences, where prices for the top unit goes for $111,111,112. you are paying for the breathtaking view, wonderful and well-maintained facilities, connectivity to various MRT in dense downtown area, amenities and the gorgeous MBS and Gardens by the Bay.

Excellent in every way

Unit layouts do not waste any space. Fittings/appliances are top-of-the-line. Views are phenomenal regardless of which stack you're in. Front desk / doormen are friendly and helpful. All common areas smell nice and are cleaned daily. Smart condo app for and top-notch security. Incredible pool view. Massive gym. Aircon hallways and elevators. Literally nothing wrong with this place. As you're by the sea, indoor humidity will be high - mould issues claimed by some reviews likely due to improper airing out of units, no use of desiccant dehumidifiers, and no use of a compressor dehumidifier (all of which are must-haves when living in Singapore).

Nosy Concierge, security and poor Management

I regret moving here. Despite the beautiful surroundings and convenience to travel anywhere in Singapore, I was questioned by the Concierge Security/Management when I got attached and my partner coming to spend nights park in the visitors lot. This issue was resolved after we paid for season parking and added his name in under my property. Covid travel rules now lifted, international friends fly in to say hello and check on my ill health, staying 2 nights at the most and they harassed me again for having too many visitors in and out. The Concierge in charge put the blame on a certain old lady from level 22

You are just another number with management. I have terrible experience. The landlord and management incompetence to solve the months of leak issue which cost mold and mushrooms to grow in the apartment was even blamed on me.

Worst management office ever pushing tenants

Nice lawn, but tenants are not allowed to play on it.
Nice common area, but tenants are not allowed to sit there with their children.
Management office serves the interest of 1-2 weirdos. Disgusting! I recommend this building for:

STAY AWAY

Not a very friendly place... residents are quite rude. Looks like it is quite noisy on weekends as well as there are a number of events on the bay.

Many years in Sing and great condo

I haven't noticed any of the complaints listed. Is a very nice and relaxing condo to live in. Excellent concierge service, great facilities that aren't overrun. Everything just works. Layout good. Getting a taxi from outside not so convenient so will need to call or walk to the taxi stands 2-3 mins away (i.e. at ORQ). Overall very good experience if you want to be central.

Early Days but so far, so good

We have just moved in, from The Sail down the road and have been here for 1 month now.
So far, the experience is good.
The building is in a fabulous location with outstanding views over MBS, the Gardens and the port. Easy access to Marina Link Mall MRTs and the shops and restaurants of the Financial District.
The concierge (Diane) is friendly and helpful. She gave us a welcome pack and helped set our phones up for audio and video access.
The unit we have is great, with good quality construction, good quality kitchen units and an efficient layout.
One minor niggle is it does not seem to be easy to get taxis and the queues for taxis can be long downstairs.
We have seen none of the issues the previous reviewer mentioned. Maybe we're just lucky.
We'll post another review after living here a few months. I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Luxury & Prestige,

Going downhill fast

MBR is going downhill very fast. Loud music, too much construction (internally and out), people generally not respecting the place like bringing hookers in on the weekends, taking dogs to the pool, letting their kids run wild. Many young single guys with more money than manners abound. Service staff turnover has been considerable and it's not at all like it was a year ago. If you are a family or someone seeking an upscale, quiet professional lifestyle, look elsewhere.
