These units have discounts between $100,000 and $123,000.

With Singapore progressively phased to open following the extended circuit breaker, TSky Balmoral is offering “priced to sell units” at Sloane Residences in District 10 to take advantage of the underlying demand in the property market.

Launched on 2 June, TSky Balmoral is tempting buyers with a mix of three- and four-bedroom units at the freehold development measuring between 1,249 sq ft and 1,496 sq ft. Currently, the units carry discounts between $100,000 and $123,000, or a special price of $3.28 million to $4.03 million.

Prospective buyers can avail of the special prices until 31 July only.

Sloane Residences is an award-winning boutique development at 17 Balmoral Road, featuring two tower blocks of three-storey and 12-storey, with 52 exclusive residential units.

It offers two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment units as well as 17 double volume residential units with height of over five metres.

Located within the Balmoral enclave – which was once the residential enclave of the most prominent members of society in the mid-19th century – Sloane Residences is set within tree-lined boulevards as well as the leafy Goodwood Hill suburbs.

The development is 10 minutes’ walk away to Newton MRT station and Stevens MRT station. It is also near Balmoral Plaza, Cold Storage (Chancery Court), Orchard Road, Velocity and United Square. Nearby schools include Raffles Girls School, Singapore Chinese Girls School, St James Church Kindergarten and Catholic Junior College.

It is also close to various medical centres such as Novena Medical Centre, Thomson Medical Centre and Tan Tock Seng Hospital, as well as hotels like Goodwood Park Hotel, Oasia Hotel Novena, Orchard Hotel, Shangri La Hotel Singapore and Sheraton Towers.

Sloane Residences clinched three awards from the 2019 Property Guru Asia Awards (Singapore) – namely, Best Condominium Architectural Design, Best Boutique Condominium Development and Best Condominium Landscape Design in the Boutique Development Category.

Apart from the discounts and its prime location, Tan Tee Khoon, Country-Manager for PropertyGuru Singapore, believes that the project’s exclusiveness makes this a good investment opportunity.

“My advice for property seekers as they search for choice homes is to focus on two considerations other than location and location attributes: Scarcity and Legacy”, said Tan Tee Khoon, Country-Manager for PropertyGuru Singapore.

“Essentially, where can I find value buys where new developments are hard to come by? And where can I find freehold stock (which is limited) and be able to invest for my future generations?

“These considerations do not often come to mind. Scarcity would mean the properties would be limited edition over time and potentially growth in capital appreciation value. Legacy can be likened to a treasured heirloom to be handed down. Properties which have these two characteristics don’t always come by. The Balmoral area is one of those rare locations you’ll find them.”

TSky Balmoral is a joint venture between TSky Development, Progen Holdings and Seacare Properties. TSky Development, on the other hand, is a joint venture between Tiong Seng and Ocean Sky.
