Close proximity to an MRT station however is not the reason people would be (and are) attracted to Sea Horizon. In full view of the sea, and just a 10-minute walk to the beach, the executive condo is also very close to Pasir Ris Park with the attractions and amenities that offers. Downtown East is just a 5 minutes’ walk, as is Hai Sing Catholic School. The TPE is an easy drive down Pasir Ris Drive 3, and from there the rest of the island is easily accessible.
