Parisian was a development that was sold as en bloc in 2007, where the plot was developed as TwentyOne Angullia Park, by Angullia Development Pte. Ltd. China Sonangol Land paid S$283 million for the Parisian at Angullia Park, with a site area of 49,113 sq ft and a development cost of S$2,058 PSF. Straits Times also reported that the owners of the 27-unit Parisian would earn S$4.7 million to S$8.3 million based on the S$191.5 million asking price, which is approximately 70% more than what they would receive if they sold their flats individually.
