Landmark Tower is a 99-year-leasehold apartment development located at Chin Swee Road, District 3. This property was completed in 1985 by Garden Landmark Pte Ltd (Far East Organization). Landmark Tower was sold through an en bloc deal to a joint-venture (JV) company for S$286 million in the year 2018.

The site is being redeveloped into an elegant high-rise condominium, The Landmark, which is set to be completed in 2025, providing 396 luxury apartments.
