Grand Tower was sold for S$88.5 million which translates to a land rate of S$1,376 per square foot. Each property unit was reported to be sold at around S$3.16 million or S$1,688 per square feet. The site was planned to redevelop into a luxury condominium development — 27 Moulmein Rise. However, it was not redeveloped after Grand Tower was demolished. In the year 2018, 27 Moulmein Rise was sold to Roxy Pacific Holding for S$106 million and the site is now beautifully converted into a contemporary development, Neu @ Novena which is expected to be complete in the year 2023.
