Room Rental Requirements
• Pet-Friendly: Tenant must be comfortable living with a dog in the household.
• Female Only: Strictly for female tenants.
• Light Cooking: Only simple cooking such as soup or instant noodles (e.g. Maggi) is allowed. No heavy cooking or oil splattering.
• Rental Period: Preferably looking for someone who can commit to a 1–2 year stay.
• Utilities & Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi and utilities are included, capped at $400 per month. Any amount exceeding $400 will need to be topped up by the tenant.
• Laundry Restrictions: Washing of undergarments is strictly not allowed in the machine, except for bras which are acceptable.
• Shared Appliances: Toaster, microwave, air fryer, and hot water dispenser are available for use. Please ensure they are cleaned after use if dirty.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Toilet must be cleaned at least once a week by the tenant.
• Wall Fixtures: No drilling is allowed. Only 3M tape or removable hooks are permitted.
• Guest Policy: No overnight stays allowed. All visits must be approved by the owner in advance. Strictly no male visitors.
