- ⁠No pets allowed
- ⁠AC servicing is required quarterly @ $40 per unit within room rental, should tenant arrange receipts are required as proof each quarter
- ⁠Professional cleaning is required at the point of handover, with receipt and company stamp from provider
- ⁠Rental payment to be paid to landlord’s bank account at the last day of each month (to send screenshot proof)
- ⁠Failure to provide rental payment for 2 months will result in the tenant’s eviction from the unit, and the paid up deposit will not be refunded
- ⁠Alteration: No drilling is allowed, all decorations within rented space to be removed and space to be reinstated upon handover
- Upon handover, the refund of tenant’s paid up deposit will be at the landlord’s discretion, subject to the condition of room and if any damages are found
