It is a leasehold development located at 19 Tong Watt Road, Singapore, in District 09, a few minutes away from Clarke Quay MRT Station. Many schools are at a shorter distance from Vivace and a few feeder buses are also available near Vivace. The fact that Vivace is so close to the MRT – it is a 6 minute walk from Fort Canning MRT Station – it is a huge plus point for this development and will be the reason most people buy.
