About Me:

As a Real Estate Valuer since 2000, I have seen many properties and their very own unique selling points.

I find myself always being intrigued by the same question - Why do properties in the same condominium or development of the same storey, floor area, layout, fittings from the developer, vary so much in value?

Eventually, my knowledge of property valuation sparked my interest in being a real estate agent. I believe that every property is unique and I want to be the one to help sellers and buyers understand and see the potential in every property they are looking at.


Having been exposed to properties and property investments at a young age, I pursued my interest in real estate after her GCE O levels.

I graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Building and Property Management and worked in a valuation company as a Valuation Officer specializing in HDB and private valuations . In my profession then, she worked on a selective Enbloc Redevelopment Project (SERS) since 1997.

After 2 years, I continued her degree in Adelaide, University of South Australia majoring in Bachelor of Business (Property) .

Ever since then, I started working as a Real Estate Valuer for Residential and Commercial Properties. Eventually, I went on to work as a Real Estate Agent.
