**DORM FEES**

$24,000 for 48 beds
$500 per pax inclusive of utilities
1/2/3 year lease OK
Regardless of lease term, 2 months security deposit + 1 month rental payment in advance applies

$550 x 12 if you want a room for 12 people that comes equipped with cooking facilities.
