PropertyGuru.com.sg, Singapore’s leading property site, has launched CommercialGuru.com.sg, a comprehensive site dedicated to commercial properties in Singapore and the region so as to cater to the rising demand for office, retail and industrial space.

The move is timely given that Singapore’s commercial sector is gaining strength in leasing demand from both local and foreign companies, attributed to the strong economic recovery as well as rising business confidence. At the same time, an additional 38 million square feet of additional business space is in the pipeline over the coming five years (source: DTZ and PropertyGuru Group) which will exert a downward pressure on prices and occupancy rates.
