Singapore's leading property site beats out iProperty.com and Google as favourite media company for property buyers
PropertyGuru.com.sg has made headlines yet again by winning a spot on Marketing magazine's list of Top 10 Digital Media of the Year. The results were based on an online survey which garnered 546 responses.
Out of the 546 responses, 349 were from the client-advertiser side (64%) and 197 were from the agency side (36%).
The Digital Media of the Year survey aims to document which agency client marketers in Singapore would most likely use.
Overall, PropertyGuru was ranked 10th, with data researched and compiled by research firm Boardroom Research. Other notable names on the list include Facebook, which snagged the top spot as well as Google and Yahoo! SG.
PropertyGuru beat out iProperty.com and Google as the favourite media company for property buyers. According to Marketing magazine, PropertyGuru garnered 38.9 percent of the vote, while iProperty came in second spot with 15.3 percent.
The publication added that PropertyGuru outpaced its rivals because of its year long branding push and constant innovation in its offering to advertisers.

This latest accolade for PropertyGuru comes on the heels of the launch of PR campaigns for its Property Sentiments Survey and for new products and businesses such as the iPhone, CommercialGuru and Facebook Integration initiatives.
