The largest mall in the north, Northpoint City (formerly Northpoint Shopping Centre) has 500 retail outlets and restaurants.
Connected to the air-conditioned bus interchange, Northpoint is also home to North Park Residences condominium.
Sembawang Hot Spring
The only spring in Singapore will be developed into a 1.1-hectare community park by 2019. A cascading pool/foot bath, sheltered seating areas, a café and a floral path are expected to be included.

Patrons can look out for the adult and kid’s swimming pools, rock climbing walls, gyms, restaurants and indoor air weapon ranges.
Entry to the club is free but use of the facilities requires payment. SAFRA members have respective discounts and privileges.
Seletar Country Club
Across the Lower Seletar Reservoir which separates Yishun from Sengkang is the Seletar Country Club. Situated at 101 Seletar Club Rd 798273, Seletar Country Club offers golf courses for personal and corporate events.
They also offer event and function spaces, dining outlets. Additionally, you can hold your solemnisation or wedding there.
Yishun Park Hawker Centre
Yishun Park Hawker Centre is situated at 51 Yishun Ave 11 768867 and has a user rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars average for food, service and value for money.
Opening hours are from 6am to 10am daily.
Located on level 4 of Northpoint, Yishun Library was renovated and reopened in February 2018 with a new look, new spaces and learning spaces to accommodate all ages.
It’s main draw is the digital learning space to encourage the younger demographic to borrow and learn through digital magazines and books.
