Wilfred Chua started his real estate career in 1992, he has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in Singapore real estate market.

He is one of the 1046 (as of 1st Jan 2025) who meets the stringent requirement set by Council of Estate Agent to qualify as Key Executive Officer among the 36,000+ salespersons in Singapore.

He set up WJ Lloyds Property Consultants Pte Ltd and WJ Lloyds Realtors Pte Ltd at the age of 24 years old. He currently manage WJ Lloyds Properties that does not charge his clients any GST.

Over the past few property cycles, he helped many of his investors made great investment choices. As an investor himself, he constantly update himself with the first-hand feel of the Singapore commercial and residential property market by continuing to serve buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Keeping abreast of the property cycle by a keen observation of trends and latest policies, balanced by a data-driven approach.

He is able to share insightful knowledge of the Singapore property market with his clients so that they could make an informed decision.

He has been appointed as corporate agent by MNCs to source for the accommodation for their expatriates. He is able to identify the needs of the expats and match the correct property faster because of his knowledge of the condominiums and houses in district in 01, 02, 03, 04, 09, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16 and 21 saving valuable time for his clients.

He is also familiar with Central Business District Commercial Office Space and could match the needs of his clients with minimum time spent on the viewings.

He believes in earning trust through diligence and honesty.
