As the selling and buying process involves various areas such as property search, research in prices, neighbouring land use, property measure and taxation rules, loan qualifying, price negotiation, conveyancing procedures, etc, I ensure that the whole procedure will be fuss-free and you will be briefed on what to expect from the whole transaction.
