What are the kinds of conman to look out for? How contractors shortchange your property? What are the standard contract terms in a usual residential tenancy? What type if tenants are preferred by owners? How to spot a rouge agent? How to find a tenant in an oversupply market? Everyone calls to say they have a tenant, are there really so many tenants?
