On hindsight, graduating from NUS with a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) (Hons) did put me in good stead.

Recently, I’ve worked as a Senior Manager for 6 years, for the Chairman or a local Logistics Tycoon who also helmed a Boutique Industrial Property Development Company ( projects have sold out pre-TOP).
