With over 20 years in the financial industry, I spent the bulk of my career in large global and regional Banks, advising corporate and institutional clients on complex transactions in foreign exchange and cross-border payments. As a former Banking Director, I led teams, structure solutions, and worked across multiple market cycles — experiences that sharpened my discipline, risk assessment, and execution standards.
Today, I bring that same rigour into real estate.
Property decisions are rarely just about square footage or price. They involve leverage, cash flow, opportunity cost, timing, and long-term planning. Having spent two decades analysing numbers and transactions, I approach real estate with a strong financial lens — always grounding conversations in data, scenario analysis, and clear trade-offs.
