Pauline Sim (沈梅梅)

Pauline had started her real estate trade in early 2008, focusing mainly in private residential segment. When the global financial crisis hit at year end, she pressed on and continue to learn and work hard. She started serving investors both local and foreigners and assisted them with their investment properties.

In 2013 when the cooling measures were imposed and gradually tightened further, she stayed focused on assisting clients with restructuring of their property portfolios through asset planning.

Her belief is we should be passionate in what we do and continue to learn and grow, and be able to adapt to any changes that will come along. She will continue to further educate herself so as to be able to value add to her clients and friends, whom have trusted her fully with their properties and assets planning.
