Nicholas Chan, an experienced financial advisor for the past 20 years, is known for helping, educating, and supporting clients as they develop strategic investment plans for the future.
Starting out his career as a Financial Controller, Nicholas quickly identified that he had an ability to understand the risks and rewards in analyzing each contract. In his early career, he was involved in sales and purchase of assets, building and construction, leasing and financing of properties. Besides the financing of the transactions, Nicholas was also involved in tough negotiation and comparative market analysis.
Equipped with such specialized knowledge, Nicholas has been applying his expertise in his role as a Realtor of Choice.
Besides being a practicing realtor, Nicholas has owned and invested in properties and REIT. He has been involved in ownership of HDB, private condominium and landed property. With actual experience in ownership of various properties, Nicholas is able to understand buyers' and sellers' concerns and needs, and propose solutions tailored to each individual.
Nicholas is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and is accredited by the Council of Estate Agents.
