Since graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 1996, Lee Wah had held various portfolio from Engineering, Business Development and Management. Being multi-discipline had help with providing services beyond the basic requirement of sales person.

Lee Wah had provided consultancy to the technicalities involved in setting up a factory from meeting regulatory requirements, insurance coverage, getting power up and setting up operations.

Another notable contribution to his client is that he had helped his client to overcome obstacles along the way in achieving their objectives. One of his client had some issues with his HLE (Housing Loan Eligibility). He had extended his help by accompanying him to meet MPs, CPF Board officer, HDB Office and also help him draft letters to various government departments. Ultimately, he got his HLE approved!
