Employment History
Prior to joining real estate, Kenn Chu is a professional music instructor who teaches in various schools. His style of coaching relies heavily on building rapport which creates a conducive relationship and learning environment, follow by understanding what the students wish to learns and customize from there.
Personal
Kenn has obtained his Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) in 2011. He is constantly upgrading himself by taking part in various targeted training and courses, ensuring he is always up to date with the vibrancy of this industry’s changes.
Experience
Kenn devoted his professional career in real estate focusing on residential property. In 2012, Kenn started his real estate training with a department in his company that focus in HDB resale market. In 2013, Kenn joined his then-company in its Multi-Million Dollar Producers Club and Top 300 Achievers. Since then, his journey real estate is no looking back one, and his repertoire of the industry’s knowledge expanded to private residential properties, commercial & industrial properties, also some overseas market.
Moving forward
Kenn Chu believes that at every market period, there will be an unique opportunity lying somewhere, and usually confirms by early trends. Being a real estate professional would mean he is able to pick up these early trends fast. Currently he plans to put his focus in helping people to upgrade their assets, make informed decisions for their retirement and take advantage of the current market situation in Singapore.

“One day I was visiting URA when I got informed of a kind referral who wish to buy a hdb. Met up with this pleasant lady to understand her goal for her upcoming property purchase. My recommendation was for her to put her money into a solid investment property, (one that pass a strict set of criterias), the only thing that is holding back is... this is located far off from where she stays.
