He serves as a Property Advancement Strategist who provides real estate advice to help people accumulate or restructure property assets through wide and long term planning Employment History Prior to joining real estate, Kenn Chu is a professional music instructor who teaches in various schools. His style of coaching relies heavily on building rapport which creates a conducive relationship and learning environment, follow by understanding what the students wish to learns and customize from there. Personal Kenn has obtained his Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) in 2011. He is constantly upgrading himself by taking part in various targeted training and courses, ensuring he is always up to date with the vibrancy of this industry’s changes. Experience Kenn devoted his professional career in real estate focusing on residential property. In 2012, Kenn started his real estate training with a department in his company that focus in HDB resale market. In 2013, Kenn joined his then-company in its Multi-Million Dollar Producers Club and Top 300 Achievers. Since then, his journey real estate is no looking back one, and his repertoire of the industry’s knowledge expanded to private residential properties, commercial & industrial properties, also some overseas market. Moving forward Kenn Chu believes that at every market period, there will be an unique opportunity lying somewhere, and usually confirms by early trends. The decision process was an easy one when I suggested her to have some time to think through. I’m fortunate that she is really good in numbers and able to exercise critical thinking and eventually derive the best choice for herself. Looking back, it is really a beautiful journey, where she initially wanted a hdb as an investment, that i advises on the limited upside and unnecessary risk. However, there is an uniquely interesting opportunity in the market which I shared.
