Ken strongly believes that real estate is one of the best investment one could make in Singapore in due of 3 major factors that drastically affect the Singapore real estate market.
(1) Land scarcity (limited supply)
(2) Increase in population to 6.9mil by 2030 (increased demand)
(3) Inflation (although prices fluctuate at different cycles, property will only increase in the long run in due of rising costs)

History in the Singapore property market (Y2002-Y2012 for this instance) has proven that there is an approximate increase of 9% in the Private Residential Property Price Index.

In economics, we all know that with increased demand and limited supply, prices go up.
