I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2008, with over 17 years of experience across Singapore’s residential property market, spanning HDB resale, private resale, and developer-appointed new launch projects.

I began my real estate career with OrangeTee, starting out as a HDB resale agent, where I built a strong foundation in client advisory, transaction management, and understanding the needs of owner-occupiers. In 2009, I ventured into project new launch sales, marking a key turning point in my professional journey.

I was appointed as part of developer core marketing teams for private condominium launches, and my first new launch project was WaterView, where I successfully closed more than 15 units during the launch period. This early exposure sharpened my skills in launch strategy, buyer profiling, pricing sensitivity, and market positioning.

Over the years, I have been involved in numerous new launch developments, including Treasure Trove, Parc Vera, Hillion Residences, Skywoods, Seaside Residences, The Tapestry, and others. These experiences allowed me to work closely with developers, fellow agents, and internal sales teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of project marketing cycles and buyer behaviour across different market conditions.

As my experience deepened, I gradually took on broader responsibilities beyond sales. I moved into training, mentoring, and team leadership, and later served as Project-in-Charge (PIC) for District 11 developments such as Pullman Residences and Kopar at Newton, overseeing sales coordination, agent support, and on-ground execution for premium projects.

Throughout my 14-year tenure under the same mentor, including the last 5 years at PropNex, I developed a reputation for strong fundamentals, particularly in property calculations, financial analysis, and structured advisory work—enabling me to guide clients with clarity rather than relying solely on valuation tools or market sentiment. In 2022, I achieved my personal best sales performance, which I attribute to discipline, experience, and God’s grace.

In 2023, I stepped away from full-time practice to pursue formal theological education. What began as a full-time programme at the School of Theology (SOT) led to the completion of an Associate of Arts, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, completed in September 2025. This season refined my values, strengthened my discernment, and deepened my people-centred approach to professional service.

In 2026, I returned full-time to the real estate marketplace under PropNex, bringing together industry experience, leadership maturity, and renewed purpose. Today, I work with homeowners, investors, and families to provide clear, structured, and honest property advice—whether they are buying, selling, holding, or simply seeking clarity in an increasingly complex and uncertain market.

My approach is consultative rather than transactional, grounded in experience, analysis, integrity, and genuine care for my clients’ long-term interests.
