Having joined the property field in October 2018, Jerry may be a new affiliate to the ERA Realty family, but he is no greenhorn. One year of involvement was all it took for him to clinch his first award-- he came in 36th place in the ERA Altitude Group Top Achiever 2019, and in 2020, he bagged the 2020 March ERA Million Dollar Club Award. It is as though these early accolades are setting the stage for Jerry’s many more future success stories.

His formula may be simple and effective, but also difficult to come by: exercising empathy. Above all, Jerry attributes his victories to being able to wholly place himself in the shoes of his clients in order to accurately understand their needs and concerns. He prides himself in ensuring the comfort of his customers by guiding and educating them on making informed decisions without obligations rather than pressuring them into contracts.
