I am Javier, a young and energetic agent who believes strongly in honesty and sincerity. I first joined the industry when I was still schooling in University, hoping to earn enough for my school fees. It was not an easy path, having to juggle both school curriculum and night lessons for real estate course. However, with strong determination and hard work, I managed to excel in both and started practicing real estate business within a few months. I did not walk the easy way, and therefore I believe there is no easy way out when serving my clients. Sincerity, integrity and morality is what it takes for me to provide the best services for my clients.

Being part of Powerful Negotiators, the largest team in Propnex, teamwork is what lead us to achieving success. Having more than 3500 agents in our team, we are able to collaborate with one another in order to assist our clients for their best interests.

For sellers/landlords, I do not believe in purely selling or renting out your house on your behalf. What I am looking for is to build trust and to maintain a good relationship over the years to come.
