About Grace
I have always been passionate about people and relationships. Having worked in the Customer Service sector for over 10 years, I have always been motivated by my desire to satisfy and put a smile on clients' faces and every person I come into contact with.
I first worked as a Customer Service Executive in a high-end boutique in Orchard Road and I still remember the happy faces of my clients as they confidently admired themselves in the mirror as they wore the best outfit they can find for the most important occasions in their lives.
Then I moved on to being a cabin crew member of Emirates where I have helped countless passengers with their needs. Many of them had very particular needs and some even feared flying. I made sure I satisfied their requests and that they were comfortable and felt safe and welcome on board.
As an office manager, I learned the skills of negotiation and management. I made sure that I got the best deals for the company and the employees and I get to apply these skills in my current job by making sure that our buyers, sellers and tenants get the best prices and terms of contract.
I have dealt with people from all walks of life. The ability to understand and fully meet their needs is one of my strong skills as a person. I make sure I listen to my clients' needs and not impose my own ideas and opinions. I enjoy talking and getting to know people and this helps me know every person's desires and needs intuitively.
My 10 wonderful years in Customer Service has given me the desire to help people find homes and to make this sometimes difficult task easier for them.
I know that each person's needs are important, regardless of how small or big they are. From finding the best dress to getting a calming cup of tea, to finding the best hotel, to living in one's dream home- all of these are valid needs that I enjoyed meeting and delivering.
I care about long-term relationships and making a difference in people's lives. I always do my best in everything I set my hands on. I have a long list of satisfied and loyal clients who always choose to refer me to their families and friends.
I do not believe in sales pitches. People are smart enough to make their own decisions especially when it comes to choosing the right home for them. The most important task for me is to provide them all the vital and pertinent information and give full disclosure so they can make the best choice.
There are so many people working in this industry and what separates them is their attitude and commitment to the things they do. I love my job and I give 101% of my time and effort to each of my clients. My professional and personalised service is what keeps me ahead of competition.
Confucius said, "Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life."
This is exactly how I feel about what I do. I don't wake up dreading the things I need to accomplish. Instead, I look forward to each day, always thinking of better ways to satisfy my clients- this is my passion and way of life.
