About Graace
Graace enjoys travelling she believes it helps open one's eyes to many good and bad things and that there are many lessons that we can learn from travelling and appreciate what we already have. It’s partly through travelling that she asks why most people enjoy travelling to particular countries again and again versus others. Often the answers will either be the weather is nice, the scenery is good, the food is good, the staffs are helpful & the services are excellent & so on and so forth. The standard and quality of services are what Graace observed and benefitted and she tries to build on the same thing so that she can have a long-lasting relationship with all her existing, referred, new & potential clients.
She doesn’t believe doing things the short-cut method as clients will realise it one day if you cut corners just to ‘close’ a deal. She believes in having discussions with all parties involved to solve any problem and to come up with win-win solutions for everyone.
She always puts herself in the position of her clients and tries to understand in what way/s she is best able to serve the client. Be it vendors, purchasers, investors, landlords or tenants, Graace will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and needs before she ventures out to buy and rent the perfect home for them. She also helps to stage the houses that she sells/ rents in order to find a buyer/ tenant at the earliest possible opportunity and at the best possible price. She treats every property like her own and would take good care of all properties.
As a property investor herself she understands the concerns of all the owners and landlords on whether they are getting the best deal for their investments be it in an upward or downward trend market conditions. Everyone knows property in one of the biggest investment or asset for most people. Owners would really appreciate having a like-minded agent that they can entrust the house keys to and not someone who may use their properties for ‘wild parties’ or for other ulterior motives. Most of the time the owners’ are very proud of their precious home and some of the properties may be furnished will valuable art pieces, will want the agent qualifies the real buyers before showing the properties. Is the agent familiar with their properties & the environment? Are there any restrictions on the type of buyers for their properties? What’s the latest news affecting their properties & so on & so forth? In the case of landlords renting their properties, they will also want to be assured that the agent will only qualify & lease their properties to only legal immigrants. These are but some of the valid basic worries for owners which Graace tries her best to address & reassure.
Not only will she advises what are the things to look out for purchaser/s or investor/s Graace can also help set up appointments for the clients to meet banker/s, lawyer/s to provide assistance to clients in their own specialised areas. She also helps clients negotiate for the best possible price/s to pay for the intended purchase/s.
For tenants who are in a new country, you will appreciate all the help you can get in order to understand the way of life of the newly adopted country. Graace tries hard to be that link/ bridge in order that the tenants can have an idea what is expected of him and thus have a shorter learning curve of living a new life in a new country. Graace doesn’t believe in showing you as many properties as possible that do not fulfil your needs, requirements & expectation till you are exhausted, Graace believes in understanding the tenants’ needs, requirements & expectations & then she’ll pre-shortlist suitable properties based on your criteria. She also believes in educating the tenant on what is expected of tenant when the renting an apartment in Singapore.
