Having blessed with a good ballot number, Gabriel was swift and decisive in selecting a 2 bedder on balloting day, cementing his skill in spotting good projects with excellent profit as Penrose sold 70% of total units on launch day. Shortly after, SRX-values the unit at a paper gain of $175,000.
