About Gabriel
Graduated from NTU with an Engineering degree, Gabriel is inclined toward analyzing Data, Facts and Figures. This enables him to connect with clients from an unbiased POV and with greater accuracy on the current market outlook.
Knowing the advantage of starting early, Gabriel purchased his first property back in 2015 when he was 25 years old. Upon TOP, he rented it out for a record 4.2% rental yield, before selling it for a record Per-Square-Foot (PSF) transaction in the project back in 2018. Over a short span of 3.5 years, the property generated a profit of $150,000, which translates to a Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 24.9%. Gabriel went on to purchase a 2 bedder at Jadescape (during launch day in 2018), but lady luck was not favourable and the shortlisted unit was taken before his ballot number was called. Present-day indicative valuation put the profits north of $100,000. Gabriel’s confidence in his ability to spot projects with good growth potential strengthened, and that led him to his most recent investment opportunity; Penrose. Having blessed with a good ballot number, Gabriel was swift and decisive in selecting a 2 bedder on balloting day, cementing his skill in spotting good projects with excellent profit as Penrose sold 70% of total units on launch day. Shortly after, SRX-values the unit at a paper gain of $175,000.
