2) Public Housing? How should one view the decaying HDB lease? What are the opportunity costs of a 5-10 years minimum occupation period?

3) Or Commercial or Industrial? They come with fewer duties. Shophouses or Retail spaces? HDB shophouse? Light industrial or B2? Food Factory? Do they come with ABSD, SSD, GST? Are foreigners eligible

4) Or Landed properties like GCBs, Detached, Semi-Ds, Terraces where the prices increased by >14% Y-O-Y from Q122? Or Strata-Landed? Which districts are most sought after? What are their trend lines
