1) Condos? Is there an over supply? “So many condo launches!” Is the $PSF sustainable? In Core Central, RCR or OCR?

2) Public Housing? How should one view the decaying HDB lease? What are the opportunity costs of a 5-10 years MOP?

4) Or Landed properties like GCBs, Detached, Semi-Ds, Terraces where the prices increased by 14% Y-O-Y fr Q122, and where the national average breached $2,000psf in early 2025 ! Or Strata-Landed? Which districts are most sought after? What are their trend lines?
