I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California (USC), with a minor in Nutrition. My academic training allows me to analyse market cycles, pricing strategy and investment fundamentals with clarity — an essential advantage when advising clients in Singapore’s prime residential districts.
After university, I pursued Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu, which refined my attention to detail and appreciation for the finer things in life. I also began my career as a journalist with The Business Times, where I gained valuable exposure to business insights and developed strong communication skills.
I entered the property industry in 2019 with a boutique property development company before becoming a real estate agent. Viewing projects from a developer’s perspective has given me strong insight into positioning, value creation and long-term capital appreciation.
Today, I focus primarily on Districts 9, 10 and 11 — Singapore’s most prestigious residential enclaves. Beyond transactions, I am trained in creative financing strategies and asset progression planning, allowing me to advise clients not only on property selection, but also on mortgage structuring and long-term portfolio growth.
My approach is strategic, discreet and client-focused. Whether you are acquiring a prime home or restructuring your property portfolio, I am committed to delivering thoughtful advice and seamless execution at every stage.
My clients’ interests always come first — a commitment you will experience clearly when working with me !
