About Desmond

Desmond Chua loves the Real Estate business and from the first moment he embarked in this career he decided to put in 101% effort and treat this profession as his business and not just a job.

Being a former computer engineer, Desmond understand and truly apprehend the importance of information technology that is competent to deliver efficiency and sustainability to many industry sectors. Withholding both real estate and IT knowledge, together with passion and dedication in his real estate career, he is able to empower his clients to make sound real estate decisions based on latest comparable market analysis, make use of social media to market and promote clients' listings and interests, at the same time render a real estate portfolio that is tailored to client's property requirements.

Desmond's services is able to assist his clients through the entire transaction processes and making them feel at ease - from financial evaluation, finding the ideal property, negotiating the best price, making an offer to closing the deal. His goal is to develop long-term relationships with his clients, to facilitate growth in their earnings and return on equity. He embrace a conservative investment philosophy in which he truly believes that the quality of assets far outweighs the number of transactions, helping his clients to achieve two most important objectives -- own a property that has many potential upside and lower risk of declining value.
