Dennis Tay brings over 30 years of diverse and accomplished experience in the industry. He currently serves as Associate Division Director at ERA Realty Network, where he focused on residential properties in prime districts.
He started his career with property developers, in the sales and marketing of residential projects. He later co-founded a local property agency, gaining hands-on experience in the brokerage of private apartments and landed homes. In the investment consultancy sphere, he was involved in investment sales at an international property consultancy firm. There, he focused on enbloc (collective) sales and the marketing of both residential and commercial investment properties.

Dennis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management and a MBA from the National University of Singapore.
