"Clinton was exceptional as my agent in both my sale and purchase of private property. What impressed me the most was that he placed my interests as priority throughout the entire process. I have to admit that I am a fussy person especially when it comes to big ticket items and he was extremely patient with me during this journey. Months before I could even legally sell my property (due to the seller stamp duty before the 3 year mark), I approached multiple agents including my own best friend but none of them took my need to start looking for a private property to buy seriously. I remember Clinton bringing me on viewings of a few properties "to get a sense of what I would like or dislike", fully knowing that even if I did, I would not be able to purchase it as I have yet to sell my property.
