That’s why I approach real estate my way. I don’t rely on guesswork or hype. I rely on data — pricing patterns, rental trends, buyer demand & district-level analysis. Every recommendation I give is backed by research & logic, not dads & opinions.
Over the last 12 years, I’ve helped clients across Singapore sell, lease and structure their property portfolios with strategy & precision. Currently I manage around 70 rental properties across both residential & commercial sectors.
