Her work experience has helped her gain valuable knowledge in financial statements, financial formulation, accounting policies, company internal controls and annual reporting. It has also provided and trained her with the skill sets necessary to perform and excel under strict deadlines.

Celes’s introduction to real estate begun during her childhood days when she witnessed her family’s property journey. She had shifted homes for 7 times during her childhood years! Through this experience, she gained a deep interest in the property market and started to do her own research as a hobby.

It only stayed as a hobby until she left her accounting job and decided to venture into the real estate industry. Drawing from her own experiences coupled with in-depth research, Celes is able to readily advise fellow investors and home buyers.
