Benjamin Tan

Benjamin was an ex-Air Force regular who quit the force and joined the property industry at the age of 25 to pursue his passion. Armed with the belief that you can have anything you want in life if you have enough others get what they want, he serves all his client with 100% commitment and always looks out for their best interests.

Benjamin is always learning at every opportunity, and continually strives to perform at his peak potential. He is a voracious reader, and has studied sales, marketing and negotiation techniques extensively and believes that he owes all his clients nothing less than his best.

He constantly keeps abreast of the latest local property news and trends, and is able to advise his clients whether to sell their property, or to make a purchase decision. His attitude towards his clients have won them over, and many of them have found their dream home or investment property through him.
