Hi I'm R Ashcvin Mani, Associate Group Director with Orange Tee & Tie Pte Ltd for the past 10 years. I joined Real Estate Industry in the Year 2000 (Millennium) with Orion Realty Pte Ltd before joining Global Real Estate Pte Ltd. Before I joined the Real Estate Industry, I was a Flight Checking Officer with Singapore Airlines for 10 years (1990 till 2000).

I was always anxious to be a boss of myself. In the year 1999, I decided to sell my flat with the help of an agent. While the agent was marketing the property, I decided to help the agent to look out for a potential buyer for my flat. I decided to share with my neighbors and friends that my flat was for sale. After a week, my neighbor decided to buy over my flat at my asking price. That’s where I decided to try out the Real estate industry career and thankfully, I have never looked back.

Ultimately, I found my calling in sales. I am deeply passionate about real estate and being a real estate professional allows me to do what I love most. My experience with Singapore Airlines has taught me to be a good listener to other people’s needs and problems and also gainfully engage with them. This, to me, is an important part of being a real estate professional. I am a good listener and analyst, therefore, I will take time to understand your needs and problems and offer you the appropriate choices or solutions and finally, address them.

With the guidance and motivation from Orange Tee & Tie Pte Ltd bosses, I was able to complete my ACTA cert, Diploma, Higher Diploma & Degree in Service Leadership. These certs not only enhance my knowledge but boost my sales technics and volume.

Looking back at my past 20 years, I have helped many of my clients achieve their needs such as upgrading, downsizing, relocating, and investing to achieve financial freedom and capital appreciation. Many of my clients have become my very close friends and even referred me to their families and friends. This joy has indeed given me the drive to strive in my real estate career.
