Ariana Tan

Ariana is a dream catcher.  She helps new friends catch their dreams of buying and selling a wonderful home.  Her business is based mainly on referrals from satisfied clients.  Most important to Ariana is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.  Ariana has sold and rented out homes in all price ranges from HBD flats to private properties.

Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.  She strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.  Her clients can count on her when they have a question or a concern. 

In her free time, Ariana enjoys reading (self-help and health & wellness) books, conducting wellness workshops/sharing and taking walks at Jurong Lake District. She also helps students in Mathematics.
