Undiscovered gem in Holland area

Very peaceful and green and quiet with unblocked views and great privacy. Extremely well maintained and main roads are never congested even during peak rush hours of the day. Good enbloc potential

Nice apartment with good views

I have moved in 2 months ago but this place has such a nice, cosy feeling to it. The security is very helpful, the garden and pool are a good place to hangout. The facilities are very basic but the apartments have a very homely feeling. Access to Clementi, Buona Vista and Holland village by Bus and Dover MRT via walk. International school is next door. Only thing I miss is a supermarket in this vicinity which is only available at Pandan Valley. Else very happy with this area. Has a good crowd too. Would recommend it for space.

A hidden gem just outside the city -Orchard (10 mins drive away). Very well-maintained with full facilities and greenery space. A unique shape with character unlike most condo. Whether low or high floor, pool facing units hv superb open n wide 180* views (10-12 ft across)n full height glass window.Quite a sizable expat community. Close proximity to local schs, Int.schs,n academic institutions.
